  Nice furniture and store staff friendly, but dreadful delivery experience. I bought two mattresses for my daughter who had recently had an appendectomy and wasn't supposed to lift anything. Two delivery men refused to put old mattresses in bags (despite promises from bed department) and stood and watched her do it. She was in agony. The MD refused to compensate her, didn't even apologise. I was disgusted. Also, the chest of drawers I ordered for her didn't arrive when promised. I called the store four times over a month, eventually told they couldn't find it in the warehouse and it would be another two months until they could get another one. Total shambles.
