Over the last 4/5 years I've had 3 loads of French oak flooring from Morgan Timber for my house (about 80m2 15cm, A grade) as I've refloored it, floor by floor. It's always been excellent service. Even the one time I had a problem, it was sorted out very quickly and didn't impact on my schedule. As with all things plan ahead.
