  "Really disappointed" My friend went into the O2 shop in Shrewsbury and purchased a bundle, a member of the staff called Jordan took advantage of a vulnerable child and served him with a business account when he requested for a consumer account. He also got told that the package was cheaper and failed to tell him that V.A.T was not being added to the total. Only got told it was £20 when it was actually £24 and did not inform him that it was cost and extra £4 with V.A.T added on top. Therefore he could not access my o2 because Jordan had put my friend on a business account ! I hope this will be rectified very soon ! To stop other vulnerable children from being in the same situation !!
